User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your account security
• Keeping your password confidential
• All activity occurring under your account

Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for ensuring that:

• They own or have permission to upload their content.
• Their content complies with applicable laws.
• They respect copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Upload prohibited content.
• Harm other users or the platform.

Account Deletion

You may delete your Vertical Hollywood account at any time through the Delete Account option available in your Profile settings.

When you choose to delete your account:

• Your account and associated profile information will be permanently deleted.
• Content and information associated with your account may be deleted as part of the account deletion process.
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
• Certain information may be retained where required by law or as necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, or comply with legal obligations.
